Gujarat Corona update date 21-6-2020
A further 41 positive cases of corona virus have been reported in the city and district today. Thus the total number of positive cases has reached over 1867. While two more corona patients have died today. A further 51 patients have been discharged in Vadodara today. A total of 1237 patients have recovered so far. In Vadodara, 590 patients are currently undergoing treatment, out of which 109 patients are on oxygen and 37 patients are on ventilator.
Funeral will be held at Khaswadi Cemetery
Two more corona patients have died in Vadodara city. Dasharathbhai Ramanbhai Shah (90, resident of Vridavan Township, Vaghodia Road, Vadodara) died at a private hospital. While Shankarbhai Rathwa (57, Gorwa) died at Gotri Hospital. Both the bodies were cremated at Khaswadi Cemetery.
Positive cases of 4 crore were reported in Bharuch
A further 4 crore positive cases have been reported in Bharuch. Ta. Dakshabahen Mehta, 52, wife of Manoj Mehta, who tested positive at Bholav on June 15, and their two daughters, and Sanjay Singh Parmar, 54, who lives near Bhola's Narmada Nagar township, also reported positive.
Three more positive cases have been reported in Amreli district. Among them, 2 in Talda village of Khambha and 1 youth in Sardarnagar of Amreli have received positive reports of corona. This brings the number of positive cases of corona in the district to 42. Currently 24 patients are undergoing treatment in Amreli. A 48-year-old man in the Khambhaliya Gate area in Jamnagar has tested positive for corona. Three more cases were reported in Jamnagar late last night. A 45-year-old woman living in Panch Hatdi area of the city, a 23-year-old man living in Tarmamad Society and a 55-year-old man living in Khodiyar Colony have received positive reports from Koro. This brings the total number of positive cases of corona in Jamnagar to 121. While 121 cases were found in Rajkot city and 62 in rural areas, a total of 183 cases have been reported positive. While six more cases have been reported in Bhavnagar today. A further 3 crore positive cases have been reported in Jamnagar in the afternoon. These include a 58-year-old man, a 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old man. In Junagadh city, a 35-year-old man and a 28-year-old man from Mendarda reported positive.
In Bhavnagar, six more positive cases including mother-daughter came
Devuben Balwantbhai Naiya (age 55) living in Valmikiwas near the place of Sihor Monghibai who had gone to Ahmedabad and Sir T. Were hospitalized. Arvind Pithai (age 64) living in Subhashnagar area Subhashnagar He had gone to Ahmedabad and returned with his two relatives and he was admitted to Sir T Hospital without getting fever after consulting a doctor. All the samples taken and sent for testing have come back positive. The total positive score is 190 out of which 138 discharges, 14 deaths and 38 patients are undergoing treatment in isolation wards.
6 patients were discharged in Bhavnagar
Nilamben Ketankumar Bhatt (age 42) living near Ambawadi Mangala Maa temple in Bhavnagar, Nikunj Kaushikbhai Acharya (age 31) living near Crescent Circle Sardar Smriti and
Gunjan Nikunjbhai Acharya (age 31), a resident of Ghatavalia, R Pavapuri bus stand, Ahmedabad, has been given leave as per the guidelines of the government. The total positive score in Bhavnagar is 190. Out of which 138 discharges, 14 deaths and 32 patients are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward. V.64) Samples of the trio were sent for testing and their reports were positive and moved to the isolation ward. Where after intensive treatment the discharge is given as per the new guideline of disease free.
